ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous case is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.64/2014 of Feroke Police Station, Kozhikode city. The above case is registered alleging offences punishable under Section 406 and 420 read with 34 of the IPC .
2. The case was originally registered by the Sub Inspector of Police, Vazhakkad as Crime No.643/2013. Subsequently, the same was transferred to Feroke Police Station because the crime comes within the jurisdictional limit of that Police Station. Accordingly, Crime No.64/2014 was registered by the Feroke Police. Annexure A is the complaint submitted by the 1st respondent based on which Annexure B FIR is registered by the Vazhakkad Police Station and consequently, Annexure C FIR is registered by the Feroke Police Station. According to the petitioner, even if the entire allegations are accepted, no offence is made out. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Case.
