ORDER
This petition, seeking review of the judgment of this Court dated 08.01.2024, has been filed contending that this Court ought to have issued directions as in the case of W.P.(C) No.5400/2024 and connected matters, and not as in W.P.(C) No.12960/2023 and connected matters.
2. Sri.Bidan Chandran, appearing for the respondent – Bank, submitted that the afore request of the petitioner is tenable because, the requisition received by his client from the Police Authorities do not show any particular figure.
In the afore circumstances, with the consent of both sides, this petition is allowed and the judgment is modified, thus allowing the writ petition with the following directions:
(a) The respondent Bank is directed to immediately issue a request to the Investigation Authority/Police Authority and seek the amount which is required to be kept in freeze or held in lien in the account of the petitioner. This shall be done by the Bank within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
(b) In the event that the Investigating Officer/Police Authority responds to the afore requisition and mentions a particular amount, as being the sum that is required to be kept fro
