JUDGMENT :
The above Writ Petition(Crl.) is filed with the following prayers:
“i) To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to register separate crimes for each frauds committed by the members of managing committee and staff of the Perinad, Service Co-operative Society Ltd. No.788.
ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or any appropriate Writ, order or direction directing to the respondents to hand over investigation of the case to the State Crime Branch (Economic Offences Wing) supervised by the 1st respondent.
iii) To dispense with the translation of vernacular documents.
iv) To issue such other further reliefs as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.”
2. The main grievance of the petitioners is that, no FIR is registered by the Police even though complaint is filed by them regarding the alleged fraud committed by the members of the Managing Committee and Staff of the Perinad Service Co-operative Society Ltd., No.788.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor. \
