ORDER
This Bail Application is filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita .
2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.123/2025 of Vagamon Police Station. The above case is registered against the petitioner alleging offences punishable under Sections
376(2)(n), 406 and 420 of Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case is that, with an intention to sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant, during the period from June 2019 to 5th January 2024, the petitioner committed rape with the defacto complainant several times in many places by promising marriage with her. It is also alleged that he bought 15 sovereigns of gold ornaments and Rs.3,50,000/- from the defacto complainant and thereby cheated her and. Hence it is alleged that the accused committed the offences.
