JUDGMENT

This writ petition is filed with following prayers:

i. To issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or to quash Ext.P8 dated 27.04.2019 issued by the 1st respondent and Ext.P9 dated 20.05.2019 issued by the 1st respondent.

i(a). To issue of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ order or direction to quash Ext.P10 order dated 30.05.2019 issued by the 1st respondent.

iii. To issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the 1st respondent to issue all the documents including the enquiry report in full as requested by the petitioner in Ext.P6 letter dated 16.03.2019.

iv. To grant such other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstances of the case interest of justice.

2. Petitioner, while working as the Manager (Personnel &

Administration) of Kerala State Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd., was deputed as Chief Executive Officer to the Kerala Coir Workers Welfare Fund Board, Alappuzha, on 31.01.2014 and served in the Board till 14.06.2016.
