ORDER
This Bail Application is filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita .
2. Petitioner is the accused in Crime No.777/2024 of Guruvayoor Temple Police Station. The above case is registered against the petitioner alleging offences punishable under Sections 69, 78(2), 79, 296(b), 351(2) and 75(1)(III) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (for short, BNS) and Sections 66(E), 67 and 67(A) of the Information Technology Act .
3. The prosecution case is that, the accused on a promise to marry the victim committed sexual intercourse with her during the period 22.07.2023 to 27.11.2024. Thereafter, the accused threatened the victim by saying that he will send the personal photos and videos to other persons and uttered obscene words against the victim and accordingly the prosecution says that the same caused serious harm to the reputation of the woman in the society. Hence it is alleged that that the accused committed the offence.
4. Heard counsel for the petitioner and the Public Prosecutor.
5. The counsel for the petitioner submitted that the victim is now aged 26 years and they were in relationship for 1½ years. The victim is an Ayurveda Doctor and the accused is working as a
