J U D G M E N T

The writ petition is filed with the following prayers;

“ i. Call for the records leading to the passing of Exhibit P10 and quash the same by issuing a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, direction or order.

ii. issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, direction or order directing the 2nd respondent to process the application for renewal of licence, submitted by the petitioner, referred to in Exhibit P10 and to grant the same.

iii. To dispense with the filing of English translation of vernacular documents produced with the Writ Petition (Civil).

iv. grant such other reliefs which this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.”

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel on both sides submit that the licence of the petitioner has been renewed. This is recorded. Nothing further remains to be considered in this writ petition, and the same is accordingly closed as infructuous.
