ORDER

Tr.P(C) No.563 of 2024 is filed seeking transfer of OP (G & W) No.467 of 2024, Tr.P(C) No.566 of 2024 is filed seeking transfer of OP (Others) No.752 of 2024 and Tr.P(C) No.573 of 2024 is filed seeking transfer of OP (Div) No.463 of 2024, all pending consideration before the Family Court, Kottarakkara to Family Court, Pathanamthitta.

2. Since all these transfer petitions are between the same parties, I am disposing of all these cases by a common order, and the facts of the case in Tr.P(C) No.563 of 2024 shall be referred to. The 1st petitioner and the 1st respondent are wife and husband whose marriage was solemnised on 23.07.2018 and a son was born in the wedlock on 05.04.2020. The petitioners submit that the minor son is now residing along with the 1st petitioner at her residence at Kulanada in Pathanamthitta District. Due to the cruelty meted out at the hands of the 1st respondent the mother of the 1st petitioner came to their house and took away the 1st petitioner and her child to her paternal home.
