The petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, to quash Annexure-A1 First Information Report[FIR] & Annexure-A2 Final report in Crime No.250/2017 of Alappuzha South Police Station, Alappuzha and all further proceedings in C.C.No.1208/2017 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Alappuzha.
2. The petitioner is the sole accused in the above crime, registered against him, for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 354(C) & 457 of the Indian Penal Code,1860.
3. The gist of the prosecution is that: on 03.02.2017 at around 04.30 hours, the accused with an intention to watch the voyeurism, trespassed into the room of the second respondent. Thus, the accused has committed the above offences.
4. Heard; Sri. Ratheesh P.R., the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Nima Jacob, the learned Senior Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Sri. S.Saju, the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.
