ORDER

This Crl.M.C is filed to quash the proceedings in CC No.917/2015 on the files of Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kolencherry, arising from Crime No.318/2015 of Ramamangalam Police Station. The above case is charge sheeted against the petitioners alleging offence punishable under Sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code . It is a case registered based on the private complaint filed before the Magistrate Court which was forwarded under Section 156 (3) CrPC. Annexure-1 is the first information report and Annexure-2 is the final report. Annexure-3 is the complaint submitted before the learned Magistrate, which leads to the registration of Annexure-1 FIR. According to the petitioners, even if the entire allegations are accepted, no offence is made out against the petitioners.
