ORDER

The above review petition is filed seeking review of the judgment dated 17.02.2023 in W.P.(C) No.14083 of 2022. The review petition has been filed essentially on the contention that the finding rendered by this Court in the judgment dated 17.02.2023 was not based on the contentions raised by the petitioner in the writ petition. It is specifically averred that the contention raised by the petitioner that there are only three categories of trees mentioned in the patta and only those trees which are standing on the land at the time of assignment and whose right which has been expressly reserved in the deed of grant or order of assignment shall alone be the property of the Government, but he is entitled to cut all the trees which have not been scheduled in the patta and that the abovesaid aspect has not been considered by this Court while rendering the judgment dated 17.02.2023 which is an error apparent on the face of the record, which is liable to be correct in the review petition.
