Dated this the 3^rd day of December, 2024 Petitioner’s Tanker bearing registration No.KL-23-T-9675 was seized in connection with Crime No.1366 of 2024 registered at the Kollam East Police Station for offences punishable under Section 271 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 and Section 120 (e)

of the Kerala Police Act , 2011.
