JUDGEMENT

This Contempt of Court Case was posted on 03.06.2024 for the learned Government Pleader to get instructions. However, while hearing unnumbered Con. Case (C)Filing No. Con. Case 1181/2024 on 29.05.2024, this Court felt it desirable that the order dated 08.04.2024 passed by this Court in this case directing the Registry to number the case as there is substantial compliance with Rule 5(b) of the Contempt of Courts (High Court of Kerala) Rules , requires reconsideration. Accordingly, this Con. Case is posted today. Today, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader that the direction in Annexure B Judgment has been complied with.

This is recorded.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the original of the order is not so far served on the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner is aged 82 years and a widow settled at Coimbatore with one son who is physically handicapped and she is not in a position to travel to Kochi.
