S. Manu, J. By Ext.P1 order, the petitioner has been restrained from entering into Thrissur District for a period of six months taking note of his involvement in four different crimes.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a daily wage worker and he is the only breadwinner of the family.
3. We have perused Ext.P1 order and heard the arguments on both sides.
4. On an overall consideration of the facts and circumstances, we are confining the operation of the externment order till 16.06.2024. Thereafter, for the remaining period covered in Ext.P1 order, the petitioner shall report before the Station House Officer, Mannuthy Police Station on every Sunday at 11 am without fail. In case of any default, the respondents shall be at liberty to proceed against W.P.(Crl.)No.589 of 2024 ..3.. the petitioner in accordance with law.
This W.P.Crl. is disposed of as above.
