JUDGMENT

Dated this the 14th day of February, 2024 The petitioner states that he is the registered owner of an Innova Car bearing registration No.KL-09W-6087. The petitioner had purchased the said vehicle from the 6th respondent. After taking possession of the vehicle, the petitioner handed over the entire records including the sale letter signed by the 6th respondent to the 5th respondent, who is none other than the brother of the petitioner, for getting the vehicle registered in the petitioner's name, as the petitioner had to go abroad immediately due to work related reasons.

2. Later, the petitioner found that the 5th respondent had misused the above documents and transferred the vehicle into his own name. It is submitted that, later on, through mediation by the father of the 5th respondent and the petitioner, the 5th respondent signed Ext.P1 and connected documents required for transfer of the vehicle in favour of the petitioner, in the presence of their father.

3. Without stating any reason, the 5th respondent submitted Ext.P2 objection before the 2nd respondent-Joint Regional Transport Officer. Later, the 5th respondent withdrew his objection placed before the 2nd respondent-Joi
