Dated this the 02nd day of September, 2024 The application is filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (‘the BNS S ’ for short), by the sole accused in Crime No. 2814/2024 of the Adoor Police Station, Pathanamthitta, which is registered against him for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 333 , 294(b), 118(1) and 110 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita , 2023 (for short ‘ ’). The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.07.2024.
2. The crux of the prosecution case is that: on 26.07.2024, at around 21.00 hours, the accused got infuriated towards the son of the defacto complainant, who raised the volume of the Television and caused disturbance to him.
