ORDER

The above review petition is filed seeking review of the judgment dated 5.2.2024 in WP(C) No.24588 of 2019 by the 6th respondent in the writ ptition.

2. A perusal of the judgment under review reveals that though notice was issued to the 6th respondent, there is no appearance on his behalf when the case was taken up for consideration and disposed of. Though an appeal was preferred against the judgment as WA No.620 of 2024, the Division Bench of this Court as per judgment dated 30.4.2024 closed the appeal granting liberty to the review petitioner to file a petition seeking review of the judgment. It is thus, the present review petition is filed.

3. The specific contention raised against the judgment in this review petition is that the writ petition is filed suppressing the fact of continuing civil litigations since 2014. The review petitioner has preferred OS No.472 of 2014 before the Munsiff, Court, Varkala seeking injunction. Though initially interim protection was granted, later on the suit was dismissed as infructuous as per Annexure-A judgment, a review petition was filed seeking review of the judgment and the same was dismissed.
