COMMON ORDER

The applications are filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 (in short, ' BNSS '), by the accused Nos. 1 to 4 in the below mentioned crimes for allegedly committing the offences punishable under Sections 406 , 409, and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (in short, ' IPC ') and Section 4 r/w Section 22 of the Banning of Unregulated Deposit Schemes Act , 2019. The petitioners were originally arrested in Crime No. 644/2024 of the Thiruvalla Police Station on 07.05.2024. Subsequently, the petitioners’ arrests were recorded from 02.07.2024 to 05.09.2024 in the following cases: B.A.No.7680/2024 filed in Crime No.804/2024, B.A.No.8010/2024 filed in Crime No.276/2024 and B.A.No.8012/2024 filed in Crime No.284/2024 all registered by the Thiruvalla Police Station, Pathanamthitta and B.A.No.7544/2024 filed in Crime No.582/2024, registered by the Haripad Police Station, Alappuzha. In Crime No.276/2024 registered by the Thiruvalla Police Station, Pathanamthitta, against which B.A.No.8010/2024 is filed, there are only three accused in the crime.
