(Dated: 5th April, 2024) The petitioner has approached this court for a direction to the respondents to disburse the family pension with interest in the light of the judgment in O.S.No.170 of 1993 of the Family Court, Ernakulam. 2. On 08.02.2024, the learned standing counsel on instructions submitted that the petitioner was directed to produce the Legal Heirship Certificate as well as the Non-Remarriage Certificate, and the learned Government Pleader was directed to get instructions regarding the present status of the application for the Legal Heirship Certificate.
3. Heard counsel on either side.

Today when the case is taken up, the learned Government Pleader on instructions submits that a gazette notification has been published on 01.03.2024, regarding the issuance of the Legal Heirship Certificate. Since one month is already over and if no objections are received against the grant, the same will be issued within a short span of time.
Accepting the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to get the Legal Heirship Certificate from the 5th respondent, and on WPC. 574/2024 receipt of the same, the Legal Heirship Certificate shall be produc
