ORDER

The Challenge in this Revision Petition (Family Court) is to the order dated 30.11.2017 in M.C.No.306/2012 passed by the Family Court, Malappuram, under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

2. The respondent-husband is the revision petitioner. The petitioner in MC.No.306/2012 is the respondent herein. The Parties will be referred to as per their status in the Trial Court.

3. The petitioner filed an application under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. seeking maintenance. The petitioner pleaded that she has no source to survive. She is depending upon her brother for her livelihood. Her parents are no more.

4. The respondent-husband, is doing business in the UAE. He is conducting a building material shop. He is also engaged in real estate business. The average monthly income of the respondent is Rs.3,00,000/- per month. Considering the living stan
