The learned counsel for both sides points out that, with reference to the counter afÏdavit filed by the respondent that, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, special rules have been framed.

In the light of the above, this writ petition would stand disposed of, permitting the petitioners to challenge the special rules, if they are so advised.
