J U D G M E N T

This writ petition (criminal) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

“1. To issue a writ of mandamus by directing respondent no. 1 to file a statement containing solely answers of the following questions separately, along with the respective associated questions:

i. Name and Designation of the police officers who initiated the FIR and commenced the investigation, along with their respective periods of involvement, from the starting date to the concluding date, as well as the officer who endorsed the final report, collectively referred to as the 'total investigating officers,' and please specify the investigating officers by name corresponding to the date they conducted the investigation?

ii. Is the address mentioned (No. 19 F, Skyline Domain, Attipra P.O) in CMP 37/2020 of JFMC 5 Thiruvananthapuram located in Mannanthala?

iii. What are the latitude and longitude coordinates of the location mentioned in CMP 37/2020 of JFMC 5 Thiruvananthapuram (No. 19 F, Skyline Domain, Attipra P.O)?

iv. Under which jurisdiction does 19F, Skyline Domain, Attipra P.O fall?

v. Apart from 19F, Skyline Domain, Attipra P.O
