ORDER
This review petition is filed by respondents 6 to 8 in the writ petition, essentially pointing out that this Court, while disposing of the writ petition, placed reliance on the judgment of this Court in Koyyode Madrassa U.P.School v. Director of Public Instructions, Trivandrum [2011 (1) KLT 150], which, according to the review petitioners, has been held to be not good law in the subsequent judgment of this Court in Roopa A.K. v. State of Kerala and Others [2014 (1) KLT 483]
2. I have heard Sri.V.Varghese, the learned counsel for the review petitioners and Sri.P.M.Pareeth, the learned counsel for the petitioners in the writ petition.
3. The learned counsel, Sri.Pareeth, also points out that the review petitioners, being only teachers in the school concerned, have no locus standi to file the review petition.
4. I have considered the submissions.
5. The reading of the judgment itself would show that the decision has been arrived at independently of the judgment of this Court in Koyyode Madrassa U.P.School v. Director of Public Instructions, Trivandrum [2011 (1) KLT 150]
