ORDER
This application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure , 1973, seeking regular bail.
2. The petitioner is the accused No.5 in Crime No. 1246/2023 of Medical College Police Station, Thiruvananthapuram, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465 , 466, 468 & 471 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. The gist of the prosecution case is that the crime was registered based on the complaint filed by the Additional Secretary to the Kerala Public Service Commission alleging that forged documents were created in the name of the Public Service Commission and given to one Smt. Krishna and Sri. Ajith, as the original certificate verification letter, to appear for certificate verification and interview on 11.9.2023 at 11 A.M. and thereby, committed the aforementioned offences.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the accused has no direct involvement in the alleged offences and that she was only a paying guest at the house of the first accused. The petitioner/accused No.5 is already given in police custody and investigation is complete as against her. It is prayed that lenient view may be taken and bail may be granted to
