ORDER
The petitioner is accused No. 2 in C.C.No.101 of
2017 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Pathanamthitta. She faces charges under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 r/w Section 34 of IPC. On receipt of the summons, the petitioner appeared before the Court. During the course of the trial, the petitioner got a job offer in Kuwait. The petitioner filed an application under Section 205 of Cr.P.C. seeking exemption from appearance in the Court and to permit her to be represented through a lawyer.
2. The trial Court rejected the application submitted by the petitioner as per Annexure-A4. The petitioner challenges the dismissal of the application under Section 205 Cr.P.C. in this proceeding.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the presence of the petitioner during the course of trial is not at all required in view of the nature of the charges levelled against her. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner is prepared to undertake that she would not dispute her identity, a counsel on her behalf would be present in the Court and that she has no objection in
