The instant intra court appeal has been instituted under Sec.5(i) of the Kerala High Court Act , to impugn the judgment dated 20.01.2023 rendered by the learned Single Judge, disposing of W.P(C)

No.36035/2022.

2. The appellants herein are respondents 2 to 4 in the W.P(C).

The 1st respondent in the W.A is the writ petitioner. Respondent No.2 in the writ appeal is R-1 in the W.P(C).

3. Heard Sri.Georgie Johny, learned Standing Counsel for the Kerala Water Authority, appearing for the appellants, Sri.K.Sudhin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for R-1 herein/writ petitioner and Sri.B.Unnikrishna Kaimal, learned Senior Government Pleader appearing for R-2 (State of Kerala).

4. The prayers in the instant W.P(C) No.36035/2022 are as follows :

“i) to issue a writ of certiorari or such other appropriate writ, order or direction quashing Ext.P10 order No.27031/E10/2022/KWA dated

14.10.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent as it is arbitrary and illegal;

ii) to issue a Writ of Mandamus or order or direction to the 4th respondent to include the petitioner in Ext.P6 seniority list as Sl.No.3 instead of 78;

iii) to issue a writ of mandamus or order or direction to the 3rd responde
