The respondent/tenant in RCP No.48 of 2021 is before us, invoking the supervisory jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside Ext.P5 order of the Rent Control Court in I.A No.8 of 2022.

2. IA No.8 of 2022 was filed by the tenant under Section 23 (c) of the Kerala Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1965 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’), to call for the letter No.B3-1860/21 dated 18.08.2021 from Sri.P Moidu, Health Inspector-Grade II, Puzhathi Zonal Office, Kannur Corporation. According to the tenant, one Mr.M.K Jayasenan complained to the Health Inspector that he is also a co-owner of the tenanted premises, and the tenant is running a Dental Clinic in that building without his permission. So, according to the tenant, apart from the landlords in the Rent Control Petition, one Mr.Jayasenan also is a co-owner of the tenanted premises, and in order to prove that fact, the complaint preferred by him before the Health Inspector has to be called for.
