ORDER
Petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.921 of 2018 of Anchalummoodu Police Station, Kollam District which is now pending as C.C.No.2930 of 2020 before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I, Kollam. The petitioners face allegations of having committed the offence punishable under Sections 341 , 323, 294(b), 354, 354B, 324 and 506 r/w Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that all issues between the petitioners and respondents 1 and 2 have been settled. It is submitted that the allegation against the petitioners is that the petitioners attacked 1st respondent by beating him and thereby causing hurt to him. When the 2nd respondent (wife of 1st respondent) tried to stop the petitioners, they uttered obscene words and tried to disrobe her and thus outraged her modesty. The learned counsel would submit that all issues between the petitioners and respondents 1 and 2 have been settled and they do not wish to continue with the prosecution in any manner.
