O R D E R

The prayer in this Crl.M.C. is to quash Annexure A2 Final Report in Crime No.297/2019 of Kunnamangalam Police Station, and all further proceedings in C.C.No.405/2019 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kunnamangalam on the ground that the parties have arrived at a settlement in respect of the subject matter.

2. The petitioner is the accused.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 448 , 323, 324 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act .

4. Respondent Nos.3,4 and 5, the victims entered appearance through counsel. AfÏdavits sworn to by them have also been placed before the Court.

5. Heard both sides.

6. I have perused the averments in the petition and the afÏdavits sworn to by respondent Nos.3 and 5.

7. The learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the matter was enquired into through the Investigating OfÏcer, who has taken statement of the defacto complainant, and it is reported that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.
