The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging Ext.P5 order passed by the Kerala Lok Ayukta in complaint No. 2765/11-A, whereby the complaint has been dismissed.
2. The petitioner and the 1st respondent are sisters.
Their mother Smt. B.Thajuma Beegum was an Attender at the Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvananthapuram and she died in harness on 14.12.2004. Their father expired on 15.6.2005, leaving the petitioner and the 1st respondent as the legal heirs surviving their deceased mother. According to the petitioner, after the death of her mother, it was agreed between the petitioner and the 1st respondent that the petitioner would avail employment under the dying in harness scheme and the 1st respondent would avail the monetary benefits as the legal heir of their deceased mother. Accordingly, the petitioner submitted necessary applications before the authorities for employment. The petitioner later got married on 4.2.2006.
