[Crl.MC Nos.9529/2022, 9530/2022, 9545/2022, 9548/2022, 9549/2022, 9595/2022]

All these cases, the petitioner is the accused. These Crl.M.Cs are filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by the orders passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Thrissur and produced as Annexure A3 in all the case. The said orders were passed in the applications submitted by the petitioner to extend the time granted by the court in all these cases to go abroad for availing treatment for the petitioner. Earlier, upon the applications submitted by the petitioner, permission was granted to him to go abroad to avail treatment for a period from 24.01.2022 to 24.03.2022. However, the petitioner could complete the formalities for going abroad only at the fag end of the period for which the court granted the permission. Therefore, he submitted applications in all these cases, which are produced as Annexure-A2, seeking extension of the time stipulated by the court for a further period of six months. Aforesaid applications were submitted during the month of March 2022.
