Dated this the 27th day of September, 2023 This Regular Second Appeal has been filed under Section

100 r/w Order XLII, of the Civil Procedure Code , 1908 (hereinafter referred to as ‘CPC’ for short) and the appellant is the plaintiff in O.S. No. 590/2013 on the files of the Munsiff’s Court, Kottarakkara. The appellant is aggrieved by the judgment and decree dated 30th November 2019 in A.S. No. 14/2015 on the files of the Subordinate Court, Kottarakkara as well as judgment and decree in O.S. No. 590/2013 dated 10th February, 2015 on the files of the Munsifff’s Court, Kottarakkara. The appellant herein is the plaintiff and the respondents are the defendants in the above suit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents on admission.

3. I shall refer the parties in this Regular Second Appeal as ‘plaintiff’ and ‘defendants’ for convenience.
