JUDGMENT

The review petition is filed seeking expansion of the period for payment of the loan. Even though that may not be a ground for review of the judgment, having regard to the difficulties expressed by the counsel for the petitioner, the directions in the judgment is modified and since the petitioner has already paid two of the instalments, it is directed that the petitioner pays the balance amount payable in 18 equal monthly instalments, the 1st instalment becoming payable on or before 30.04.2023. No further modifications shall be made to this direction.

The review petition is closed.
