Bail Applications Nos.10084/2023 and 10164/2023 are filed by accused Nos. 1 and 3 in Crime No.861/2023 of Kodakara Police Station, Thrissur District. Bail Application No.10757/2023 is filed by the 1st accused in Crime No.863/2023 of Kodakara Police Station, Thrissur. Bail Application No.10083/2023 is filed by the 1st accused in Crime No.868/2023 of Kodakara Police Station while Bail Application No.10166/2023 is filed by the 2nd accused in the said crime. Bail Application No.10084/2023 is filed by 1st accused in Crime No. 869/2023 of Kodakara Police Station, Thrissur, while the B.A. No.10167/2023 is filed by the 2nd accused in the same crime.

2. The allegation against the petitioners in all these cases are similar.

It is alleged that they had cheated and collected huge amounts of money from the de facto complainants after promising to obtain for them job Visa in Malta. It is also alleged that certain forged documents were created for the purpose of convincing the de facto complainants that they had obtained Visas in Malta.
