P.G. Ajithkumar, J.

The Family Court, Thodupuzha dismissed I.A.No.12 of

2022 in O.P.No.83 of 2020 as per the order dated 21.10.2022. I.A.No.12 of 2022 was filed by the respondent in the O.P. seeking to reopen the evidence on the side of the respondent and admit in evidence two documents produced by him. Challenging the said order, this Original Petition under Article

227 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

2. On 01.11.2022, notice was directed to be served on the respondent. Consequently, the respondent entered appearance.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing the respondent.

4. O.P.No.83 of 2020 was filed by the respondent seeking a decree of return of gold ornaments and money. The petitioner is the husband and the respondent is the wife. Evidence on the side of the petitioner as well as the respondent was already recorded. Thereafter, the petitioner filed I.A.No.12 of 2022. Two documents, the petitioner wants to let in evidence are a loose sheet from a diary said to have been written by the respondent and the document evidencing payment of Rs.48,436.45 allegedly towards the fees for M-Tech. studies of the respond
