Before the writ court, writ petitioners/appellants sought for the following relief:
1. Appropriate Writ Order or direction commanding Respondents 1&3 to take action to prevent the Mixing of Clay and Clay products for the purpose of Baking/Manufacturing of Bricks and Tiles in the Open Air in the premises of Ansas Tiles, by the 4th Respondent, situated in ward No. 1 in Building No 478 of Nenmanikkara Grama Panchayat and thereby causing Atmospheric Pollution.
2. Appropriate Writ Order or direction commanding the 1st and 3rd respondents to take steps/action to shift the Mixing of Clay from the Present shed in the premises of the tile works immediately with in the vicinity of the petitioner's residence, by the 4th respondent, to a distant place so as to prevent causing atmospheric pollution.
3. Appropriate Writ Order or direction commanding the 1 and 3d respondents to take appropriate action to suspend the consent to operate/ license granted to the 4th respondent to Manufacture Tiles and Bricks in the premises of Ansas Tiles situated in ward No.1 in Building No.478 of Nenmanikkara Grama Panchayat for violating the lic
