JUDGMENT
The petitioners herein are students pursuing Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S) Course in Colleges affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS). They have approached this Court seeking a direction to the Controller of Examinations of the KUHS to declare the results of the petitioners in respect of the final professional B.A.M.S degree (regular/supplementary) examination and to permit them to appear, if so required, in the final professional B.A.M.S degree supplementary examination to be held from 25.01.2022 onwards.
2. Sri. P. Sreekumar, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the KUHS directed to get instructions.

On instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that in view of the sudden and indiscriminate spread of Covid-19 cases, the University has decided, purely as a one time measure, to disclose the results of the failed subjects in the final professional B.A.M.S degree examinations and also to permit the students to appear for the supplementary examination which is scheduled to be held from 25.01.2022 onwards.
