ORDER
This is an application for regular bail.
2. Petitioners are the accused in Crime No.556 of
2022 of Palarivattom Police Station, Ernakulam District registered alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections 394, 395 and 365 of IPC. 3. The prosecution allegation against the petitioners is that, accused committed dacoity by putting the defacto complainant in fear by voluntarily causing hurt by hitting with a stone on his face and taking away his motorcycle bearing registration number KL-10-AS-4446 and mobile and transferred Rs.1,400/- from the google pay of his mobile to other account and accused demanded Rs.55,000/- from the defacto complainant for returning the motorcycle and mobile and thereby the accused committed the aforesaid offence.
4. Petitioners were arrested on 4.6.2022.
Petitioners contended that they have been falsely implicated in the above said crime. Petitioners further submitted that they have no other criminal antecedents and that accused Nos.3,5 and 6 were granted bail by this Court as per order dated 1.7.2022 in B.A.Nos.4859/22, 4806 of 2022 and 4447 of 2022.
5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody from 4.6.2022 onwards and they have no other criminal antecedents and the other accused are already granted bail, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and it is ordered that the petitioners shall be released on bail on the following stringent conditions:
(i) The petitioners shall execute bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) each with two solvent sureties each for the like-sum to the satisfaction of the jurisdictional court;
(ii) Petitioners shall appear before the investigating officer in Crime No.566 of 2022 of Palarivattom Police Station, on every Saturday at 11 am until filing of final report;
(iii) The petitioners shall not attempt to interfere with the investigation or to influence any witness in Crime No. 566 of
2022 of Palarivattom Police Station;
(iv) The petitioner shall not involve in any other crime while on bail.
If any of the aforesaid conditions are violated, the investigating officer in Crime No. 566 of 2022 of Palarivattom Police Station may file an application before the jurisdictional court, for cancellation of bail.
