J U D G M E N T

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

“i) Issue a writ of Mandamus or appropriate direction to the 1st respondent to take necessary steps to demolish the illegal constructions made by the 5th respondent in the property in Re. Sy. Block No. 18, Re. Sy. No. 494/1, 494/1-3, 494/9, 494/1-1 of Rayamangalam Village which is lying as nilam and without obtaining building permit;

ii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or appropriate direction to the 1st respondent to take necessary steps to cancel the building permit issued to the 5th respondent for the building bearing No.

383/4 as the same is constructed in the property lying as nilam;

iii) Issue a writ of Mandamus or appropriate direction to the respondent No. 1, 2 and 5 not to start any outlet of the 2nd respondent without obtaining licence from the Panchayat; iv) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or appropriate direction to the Respondent No. 3 and 4 to take necessary steps against the 5th respondent for the violations under Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wetland Act, 2008 within a time frame framed by this Hon'ble court.”
