JUDGMENT

Dated this the 21st day of December, 2022 This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers:

“(i) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents 1 to 5 to take effective action against the 8th respondent who has continually been harassing the petitioner under the influence of the 6th and 7th respondents (ii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to the 8th respondent not to harass the petitioner or her family members.

(iii) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to respondents 1 to 5 to conduct an enquiry against the 8th respondent police official who has acted illegally to assist the 6th respondent”

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader as well as the learned counsel appearing for respondents 6 and 7.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a Lady Nursing Officer working at Central Reserve Police Force group centre at Pallipuram.
