The afore cases are being considered together, but grouped into three bunches since, though the basic factual edifice is common in all of them, there are subtle differences.
2. The first bunch will comprise of W.P.
(C)No.8878/2022, W.P.(C)No.8851/2022 and W.P. (C)No.8832/2022, which are all writs filed by “S.R.Medical College and Research Institute”.
3. The second bunch takes in W.P(C)Nos.11610/2022, 11638/2022, 11642/2022, 11655/2022, 11682/2022, 11689/2022, 11921/2022, 11961/2022, 11968/2022, 18170/2022, 18184/2022, 18206/2022, 18212/2022 and 18223/2022, which are all writ petitions filed by the erstwhile students of “S.R.Medical College and Research Institute”, who seeks quick implementation of certain orders of the “Admission and Fee Regulatory Committee” (hereinafter referred to as “AFRC” for short), ordering return of fees earlier paid by them to the said College.
4. The third bunch comprises W.P.(C)Nos.
21486/2021, 22215/2021, 21952/2021 and 22941/2021, which are also writ petitions filed by the students of the afore College, seeking to enforce the orders of the AFRC; but impugning them in part, asserting the amounts ordered to b
