Dated this the 28th day of September, 2022 The respondent filed WP(C) No.27106/2021 seeking to direct the review petitioners to sanction and disburse an `
amount of 5,45,250/- being the amount expended by the petitioner for the Multi Engine Training Course at Madhya Pradesh Flying Club Limited, with interest. The respondent belongs to Scheduled Caste community and had undergone Civil Pilot Licence Course and Training. The respondent wanted to undergo Commercial Pilot Licence Training for Multi Engine Course and Simulator Training at Madhya Pradesh Flying Club Limited. The respondent joined the Institution. The respondent was not given educational benefits available to the Scheduled Caste candidates. Hence, the respondent filed WP(C) No.27106/2021.

Resisting the writ petition, the review petitioners stated that the Madhya Pradesh Flying Club Limited is a private institution and educational concession cannot be granted for studying in a private institution. This Court found that in Kerala, only Single Engine Training facility is available and the petitioner was sanctioned the first part of the scholarship for the Single Engine Training.
