ORDER

These are application filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C by the accused in Crime No.1185/2018 of Palode police station registered on 03.12.2018 alleging offences under Sections 143, 144, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 308 and 506(ii) read with Section 149 of the IPC. The crime was registered on the basis of the first information statement given by the 3rd respondent, the injured. On conclusion of investigation charge sheet was laid before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Nedumangad from where the case against the 2nd accused was committed and the matter is now pending as S.C.No.17/2021 before the Assistant Sessions Court, Nedumangad. The 2nd petitioner is the applicant in Crl.M.C.No.1399/2022. Accused Nos.1 and 3 are the applicants in Crl.M.C.No.1405/2022. Their case has been committed and pending as S.C.No.718/2020 before the same Assistant Sessions Court. Now on the premise that the matter is settled with the 3rd respondent, the defacto complainant, entire proceedings are sought to be quashed.
