JUDGMENT

Dated this the 4th day of July, 2022 It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Malabar Devaswam Board that the prayers sought in this writ petition are with regard to orders passed by the Executive Officer and the Trustee Board of the TTK Devaswam and that no relief is sought against the Board. It is further submitted that if the petitioner is aggrieved either by Exhibit P10 or Exhibit P14, the petitioner is free to approach the appropriate authority under the Malabar Devaswam Board, in accordance with the provisions of the Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951.

This writ petition is, therefore, disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge Exhibit P10 or P14 before the appropriate authority.
