ORDER

This is an application for anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 4 in Crime No.1032/2018 of Nedumbassery Police Station alleging commission of offence punishable under Section 420 , 465, 468, 471 and 120B of Indian Penal Code .

3. The prosecution allegation is that, accused No.1 in the above crime is the director of 'CIAL' and is acquainted with the 3rd respondent since 2009. The case of the 3rd respondent is that, he was made to believe by the 1st accused that, he will allotted with shares of 'CIAL' and upon the such promise the 3rd respondent purportedly got different items of property registered in the name of 'Geo Group of companies' in which the petitioners are directors, without receiving considerations and when the 3rd respondent approached the 1st accused allegedly evaded the 3rd respondent. It is alleged by the 3rd respondent that, the 1st accused got unlawful enrichment of an amount of Rs. 6,79,71,079/-. When the 3rd respondent asked to return the amount, a fabricated case was caused to register a crime No.695/2015 of Info Park Police station by the 1st accused against the 3rd respondent and his wife through the 5th accused in this crime, one Mr
