O R D E R

This Crl.M.C. has been filed seeking to quash Annexure C order dated 19.07.2019 in S.C.No.51/2017 of the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Palakkad, which arose out of crime No.784/2016 of Ottappalam Police Station, charged under Sections 509, 354(A) of IPC and Section 11(1) r/w12 of Protection Of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 119(a) of Kerala Police Act.

2. Petitioner is the sole accused in S.C.No.51/2017.

Respondents 2 to 16 are CWs 2 to 15, who are the victims in the above crime. Respondent No.17 is the Principal of the school, where the victim girls are studying, who has lodged the FIS also.

3. It is alleged that on 27.08.2016 at about 7.50 a.m accused while sitting in a car bearing Reg.No.KL-08-BE-9054 parked on the side of Ottappalam – Palakkad public road kept the door opened and allegedly exhibited his nudity, which was happened to be seen by the victim girls and thereby accused committed the offences aforementioned.

4. Learned Public Prosecutor produced report of the SHO, Ottappalam Police Station along with the signed statement of CWs 1 to 3.

5. Respondents 2 to 16 appeared through Adv. Sri. Arun Chandran and respondent No.17 appeared through Adv.Sri.
