JUDGMENT

W.P(C.). No.20610 of 2020 It is reported by the Mediator attached to the Ernakulam Mediation Centre that the issues between the parties have been settled through mediation. The terms of the settlement agreement attached with connected Writ Petition No.3527 of 2021, read as under:-

1. The parties have agreed to settle the dispute relating to the property covered by Document No.2113/2013 of S.R.O., Erumappady on the following terms and conditions:

a. The 2nd respondent agrees to clear the overdue amount due to the Kerala State Co-operative Bank Limited within two months from today and also agrees to pay the future monthly instalments or to close the loan account within ten months from today. The 2nd respondent further agrees to pay Rs.13,00,000/- (Rupees Thirteen lakhs only) to the petitioner’s husband upon which the petitioner’s husband shall execute a deed reconveying the property covered by Document No.2113/2013 of S.R.O, Erumappady in favour of the 2nd respondent or to any other person nominated by him.

b. C.C. Nos.184/2022 and M.C. No.24 of 2019 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Kunnamkulam shall be withdrawn by the petitioner.
