JUDGMENT
The petitioner is working as HSST Home Science in Sacred Heart H.S.S. Payyavoor, Kannur from 04.06.2012. Prior to joining the said service she was employed as a vocational instructor in clothing and embroidery from 2008 to 2012. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is governed by statutory pension scheme instead of contributory pension scheme from National Pension Scheme. The petitioner also contends that by virtue of Ext.P7 Government Order, the petitioner is entitled to receive the refund of the amount that has been paid by her towards the National Pension Scheme. However, the request of the petitioner was rejected by Ext.P5 order of the 3rd respondent. Challenging Ext.P5, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P6 representation before the 1st respondent. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to consider Ext.P6 representation by the 1st respondent.
