JUDGMENT
Dated this the 10th day of August, 2022 The petitioner, a registered association of Siddha Medical OfÏcers with more than 750 Siddha medical practitioners as members, 300 clinics and 1 medical college is aggrieved by the non-inclusion of its members in the District level list of registering authorities constituted in accordance with Section 14 (1) of Kerala Clinical Establishments [Registration and Regulation] Act, 2018 .
2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, as per SO 1992 (E) dated 09.04.2021, the Central Government has constituted a National Council for Clinical Establishments, as provided under Sub section 1 of Section 3 of the Clinical Establishments [Registration and Regulation] Act, 2010. One among the representatives, elected by the Central Council of Indian Medicines is a practitioner of the Siddha system of medicines. Being so, Ext.P2 notification ought to be modified by making provision for including members of the petitioner association also. Pointing out these aspects, the petitioner has submitted Ext.P1 representation.
