ORDER

This is an application for anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is accused No.1 in Crime No.543/2022 of Nenmara Police Station, Palakkad District, alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections 426 , 324, and 308 r/w Section 34 of Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 (a) i of the Explosive Substances Act .

3. The prosecution allegation is that, on 9-10-2022, at 19 hours, accused Nos. 1 to 3 came near to the Forest Divisional Office, Nenmara in a motor cycle in over speed in such a manner to hit the motor cycle bearing No.KL-70-E-3261 ridden by the defacto complainant, the defacto complainant questioned the same and due to that enmity the 1st accused stoned him sustaining injury in the right eye brow and all the accused together removed the key of his motor cycle and hence he could not ride the motor cycle. Further at 20.30 hours, accused Nos.1 to 3 came in the same motor cycle at the same place and the 1st accused thrown an ignited petrol filled bottle towards the defacto complainant and the petrol filled bottle exploded on the road and thus the accused have committed the aforesaid offences.
